The Sensational Salads & Delicious Dressings Cooking Class will demonstrate the tasty health benefits of greens and olive oil. All items made in this class will be meat, dairy, egg, gluten & refined-sugar free. Free of a lot of ingredients but not of taste! This workshop will feature an interactive demo, a hands-on cooking experience & the best part, TASTING! Please don’t forget to bring your appetite! This fun workshop will consist of a brief discussion about the ingredients we will (or not) be using, an interactive demo, hands-on experiences & the best part, TASTING! The Happy Vegan cooking classes are open to anyone wanting to learn how foods can improve their physical and mental health and how to make simple, healthy & delicious drinks & foods. No previous cooking experience is required – our classes are suitable for people with or without cooking expertise! What is required however is a desire to learn how foods influence our overall wellness! So please come prepared to learn and taste to your good health!
