This Soup’s On: Stir Up Your Health Cooking Class will demonstrate a simple way to make healthy soups. The workshop will consist of discussion, an interactive demo, hands-on experiences & the best part, TASTING! The Soup’s On class will be meat, dairy, egg, gluten & refined-sugar free.
The Happy Vegan cooking classes are open to anyone wanting to learn how foods can improve their physical and mental health and how to make simple, healthy and delicious drinks and foods. No previous cooking experience is required – our classes are suitable for people with or without cooking expertise! What is required however is a desire to learn how foods influence our overall wellness! So please come prepared to learn and taste to your good health!
The cost to attend the “Soup’s On: Stir Up Your Health” workshop is $40/person.
