Getting ready to celebrate a graduation, headed out to a summer picnic, or just looking for a healthy snack? Check out this EASY and oh-so-delicious recipe for guacamole! LEMON or LIME? Doesn’t matter, you can pick whatever you prefer for this party classic. You can do this recipe by hand, but if you have a high-speed blender or a food processor, that will make things even easier. - 2 Avocados, peeled
- 1 tomato, chopped roughly
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (yellow, white or red)
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice or Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves (or not!)
Put all ingredients in the blender OR food processor and pulse until chunky. Texture tip…Don’t over-process! Don’t have a blender or food processor? That is ok, just put those arm muscles to work and mix until your desired texture (chop the tomato more finely).
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite veggies, chips or use on a taco!
