In this fun, hands-on class, sons/daughters/friends will work alongside Mom to create a scrumptious Mother’s Day brunch. Sharon will walk you through the steps for making everything. You’ll laugh and learn together as you practice baking/cooking skills. This year, make Mother’s Day extra special by creating a tasty meal – and precious memories – by cooking with your loved ones! Minimum 8 years of age for children.
All items made in this class will be meat, dairy, egg, gluten & refined-sugar free. Free of a lot of ingredients but not of taste!
This fun workshop will consist of a brief discussion about the ingredients we will (or not) be using, an interactive demo & the best part, TASTING!
The Happy Vegan cooking classes are open to anyone wanting to learn how foods can improve their physical and mental health and how to make simple, healthy & delicious drinks & foods. No previous cooking experience is required – our classes are suitable for people with or without cooking expertise! What is required however is a desire to learn how foods influence our overall wellness! So please come prepared to learn and taste to your good health!
