Group Health Coaching – Cut (Out) The Cheese! March 15th

March 15, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Plant Based Whole Foods Cooking & Learning Series

This powerful and unique experience includes cooking and learning sessions that will focus on the health benefits and how-to’s of plant-based, whole-foods eating. Each of the interactive group sessions will include discussions and demonstrations that will show how to create plant-based foods with minimal effort and ingredients that will have maximum nutrition without compromised flavor. Carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores alike will all benefit from this group coaching experience to enhance their understanding of healthy food choices, and how to make it work at home. The group interactions will offer peer support and accountability for the attendees along with the guidance and coaching from certified holistic health coach, Sharon Gregory.

It’s no secret that eating more plant-based and whole foods, and fewer processed foods, can be a great way to boost your immunity, fight aging, lose weight, gain more energy, and reduce inflammation. But it may not be obvious how to actually do that and make delicious and nutritious foods that the entire family can enjoy.

If you are ready to learn more about plant based, whole-foods and recipes that can support your and your family’s health goals, then this series is for you! No prior experience is necessary.
