This smoothie is filled with everything you need to help boost your immune system and enjoy a flavorful treat. We used unsweetened coconut milk to give it a creamier texture, and also included protein powder so you can enjoy this smoothie before or after a workout. Mangos are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They also provide very important health benefits like helping your blood clot effectively and helping to prevent anemia.   • 2 cups organic unsweetened coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 2 organic oranges (peeled & quartered)
  • 1 cup frozen organic mango
  • ½ frozen organic banana
  • 3 pitted organic dates (more or less to your liking!)
  • 1 TBSP organic hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp. organic Navitas Naturals turmeric powder
  • ***Optional: add 1 scoop Garden of Life organic vegan vanilla protein powder***
