The Happy Vegan was pleased to host multiple public cooking classes in 2016. Some favorite class topics included Juicing, Salads, Smoothies, Simple Meals, and Desserts!
Guests learned how to make incredibly delicious vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free foods & drinks! Sharon talked about the benefits of eating plant based, whole foods and walked the participants through the steps for making delicious dishes in this hands-on class. Guests laughed and learned together as they practiced their baking/cooking skills. Many couldn’t believe how delicious these truly healthy foods were!
