Spina-Grape-Date Smoothie

Even during the winter months, smoothies can be an easy & delicious choice for a mid-day snack or post-workout drink. We love getting in the kitchen and seeing what we can create with endless amounts of fruits and vegetables. If you like dates, this one is for you! Packed with greens and grapes, the dates add that extra layer of sweetness (and nutrients)!


  • 2 cups organic oat milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 ½ cups frozen green grapes
  • 1 cup fresh organic spinach
  • 1 organic green apple (peeled, cored & quartered)
  • 3 pitted organic dates (more or less to your liking!)
  • 1 TBSP organic hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp. organic Navitas Naturals turmeric powder
  • ***Optional: add 1 scoop Garden of Life organic vegan vanilla protein powder***
